Moomin bowl Family 2024 is made by Moomin Arabia. The bowl is exclusively sold only at Finnish retail chain Kesko’s K-stores and K-Citymarket online store from 19th of August 2024 until 12th of January 2025. The bowl is a part of a collection that consists of four mugs, two bowls and a range of other Moomin items.
This Family Moomin bowl features several similar elements from the original Family Moomin bowl launched back in 2004. The illustration has been pieced together from multiple Tove and Lars Jansson’s works: comic #17 Moomin and the Comet (1958), novel Moominland Midwinter (1957), comic #8 Moomin Begins a New Life (1956) and Moomipappa from Lars Jansson’s comic #70 Moominpappa and Old Age (1974).
