The Hobgoblin Moomin plate was released the same time with the second Thingumy and Bob Moomin plate in 2018. The plate’s artwork was taken from the 1948 novel Finn Family Moomintroll. Hobgoblin also got his own Moomin mug to fulfill the wishes of many Moomin collectors. A big part of Hobgoblin’s popularity must be his relatively big role in the Moomin animation series in the 1990’s.
