The Spring Winter Moomin mug was released in 2017. The mug’s artwork is similarly themed to the earlier winter seasonal Moomin mugs, this time featuring Little My and Moomintroll after sliding downhill. The mug’s artwork is taken from Tove Jansson’s novel Moominland Midwinter, which was published in 1957. The spring sun is already rising, while Little My’s and Moomintroll’s silver tray is poking out of the snow pile.
