The Happy Family Moomin plate is a part of the Happy Family children’s set that was in production from 1995 until 2007. The set was originally sold from 1995 to 2000 with a mug, a plate and a spoon. From 2001 to 2007 the children’s set was sold only with a mug and a plate. The illustration on the plate shows various different characters from Moominvalley dancing together as a happy family.
