Dark Blue is also known as The Blue Moominpappa or Message in a bottle mug. A freelance designer Camilla Moberg was hired to design the mug, while the head designer of Arabia’s Moomin products Tove Slotte was on maternity leave with her first-born. Mober designed a total of four different Moomin mugs during the 90’s.
