Moomin mug Family Time is Moomin Arabia’s 2025 addition to the continuous collections. Unlike many of the previous continuous collection Moomin mugs in recent years, the Family Time mug is showcasing multiple characters of Moominvalley instead of just one. The volume of the mug is 0.3 liters.
The illustration on the Family Time mug is based on Tove Janssons comic Moomin and Family Life (1955). In that story Moominmamma and Moominpappa rescue Moomintroll from the mercy of the sea. Soon after they realize him to be their long-lost son, and the family can return home together at last. There are other illustrations complementing this story where the Moomin family is enjoying a peaceful moment in a garden and having numerous adventures all over Moominvalley. The core message of the Family Time collection is love and happiness that come from the special moments spent together as a family.
The large Family Time collection consists of a mug, a plate, a bowl, a saucer and a serving plate. All items in the collection have a Moomin 80 special stamp on the bottom.
