Snufkin is one of the most popular Moomin characters, being especially popular in Japan. Snufkin got his own single character Moomin mug in 2002. Snufkin playing flute is one of most loved pictures of him and it was taken from Tove Jansson’s picture book Who Will Comfort Toffle?
